BioI am a liscened herbalist with training in Chinese herbs as well as acupuncture.Most of my beliefs in herbalism revolve around the central theme that the chemicals released during times of extreme emotion(stress,anger,fear,ect.)wreak havoc on our bodies.Mainly the poor,mistreated liver.After the liver has been mistreated long enough,degenerative disease results.Herbs used correctly can regulate emotions very effectivly.Other herbs can then adress organs that have been effected and VIOLA: The person gets a fresh start to create the life they want.This is not speculation,it worked for me and all those who have stuck to the aforementioned approach.I was at one time a complete failure mentally and emotionally,I was hated by many and disliked by most of the rest.I got a second chance thanks to an herbalist who gave me the tools to start fresh.This live journal will chronicle my new,positive adventures and realizations. ENJOY! I know I will.
